Accessibility

SoFast is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnification, speech recognition, or keyboard-only navigation.
Tell us about a barrier
If you have difficulty viewing or navigating any part of this website, or you come across content, a feature, or functionality that you believe is not fully accessible, please email us at hello@sofast.com with “Disabled Access” in the subject line.
It helps if you can tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and what got in the way, including the browser and any assistive technology you were using. We take this feedback seriously and will use it as we work on the site.
If you need information from this website in a different format, or you would like help completing something you could not finish here, contact us at the same address and we will do our best to help you directly.
What we are working towards
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a practical standard for our own work. Accessibility is ongoing rather than a one-off project: we review the site as we build and change it, and we treat reported barriers as issues to fix.
We have not commissioned an independent audit of this website, so we do not claim full conformance with any standard. Parts of the site may fall short, which is why the contact route above matters to us.
Third-party content
Some parts of our site rely on services and content supplied by other companies, which we do not control. We encourage the providers we work with to supply accessible, user-friendly content, and we take accessibility into account when choosing them.
