This Privacy Policy describes how SoFast (the “Site”, “we”, or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from SoFast.

Information we collect

We refer to any information about an identifiable individual as “Personal Information”.

Device and usage information

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This is used to serve the Site reliably and to understand aggregate usage.

Order information

If you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfil it: your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment information. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by us.

Customer support information

If you contact us, we collect whatever you choose to send us so that we can respond.

Cookies and tracking

A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. This website does not currently set any cookies of its own, and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, for example when we add a store, analytics, or advertising measurement, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

The Site loads fonts and common code libraries from Google’s servers and is delivered through our hosting provider’s content network. Requesting those files transmits your IP address to those providers, which is how any file request on the internet works.

Because there is no consistent industry standard for how to respond to “Do Not Track” signals, we do not currently alter our practices when we receive one.

How we use your information

We use Personal Information to provide our services to you: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfilling your order, responding to your enquiries, and, where you have asked us to, sending you news about products and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message.

Sharing your information

We share Personal Information with the service providers who help us operate: our website host, our order and payment processors, and our shipping carriers. We do not sell your Personal Information.

We may also disclose information to comply with applicable law, to respond to a subpoena, warrant, or other lawful request, or to protect our rights.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Retention

When you place an order, we retain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase it, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
